The online applications can be submitted between 01 December 2022 to 30 December 2022
The examination and SSB interview will facilitate filling vacancies in the Indian Air Force in three different branches Flying, Ground Duty(Technical & Non-Technical), and NCC entry(Flyingonly)
The highest expensive career training in India undoubtedly is flying. In the standard practice of a piolet, the course is costly, i.e., more than 75 lacs, which may be challenging to manage by the traditional middle class in the Indian community.
The flying branch of the Indian Air Force is one of the best professions for those looking forward to becoming a pilot.
A completely free training & practical flying course with a fixed stipend is an advantage besides an adventurous and soldering life ahead in Indian Air Force.
Indian Airforce is also offering the best career option to becoming a commissioned rank officer straight 14 years of service or till retirement at the age of 57 with all the facilities and allowances extended to the serving soldiers of the Indian Armed Forces.
Through AFCAT, candidates have other career options like Administrative, logistics and technical fields, etc., based on their academic qualifications.
Clearing of the AFCAT written examination will be an essential criterion for attending Service Selection Board, Varanasi/Mysore/ Hyderabad.
Note:
It is a golden opportunity for those preparing for the CDS examination (Men& Women) should apply for AFCAT as the syllabus is easier than the CDS examination conducted by UPSC.
